Built in WA, the Fraser 31 Flybridge is a well designed and practical boat offering huge deck space and a comfortable cabin area. She is powered by twin Yanmar diesels and so with these incredible motors the value of boat is in them alone!!
The cabin has incredible space and can accommodate the whole family with a practical well laid out galley with sink, bench space, storage and brand new refrigerator.
Spacious accommodation consisting of a forward double berth which also convert to bunks accommodating 4 in the forward cabin, and a convertible dinette to accommodate 2 plus the bench seat folds out to create yet another double.
Good sized bathroom with toilet and shower.
The back deck is where it really comes into its own and worthy of being a 35fter its such a great size which canhas a custom built bimini that is a work of art and perfect for storage on top or creating that bigger splash to jump off.
The flybridge is spacious with a good helm seat and that innovation which most other boat builders should adopt the fold down steps that lead down to the bow allowing easy access to get to the bow and is great for getting the boat in and out of the pen!
Whats been done recently:
New Wiring, Switch panels, AGM house bank (170AH Slimline), 110W Solar panel with 20A MPPT DC to DC Charger.
Solar to House bank, and separate solar to Start bank. No need for shore power, she's always been just fine on solar (so suit swing mooring).
New Muir Anchor winch with 70m of Chain.
New Canopy (5k).
New 2.5m Aquacraft Air deck inflatable Tender.
New 2,6hp Parsuns outboard.
Installation of new through hulls for Water intake, and new sea strainers - Trudesign, and various fibreglass repair/strengthen. By Perth Shipwrights (approx 15K spent on the hardstand)
Addition of the new bed
Kings 75l Fridge/Freezer installed.
